"I wanted to say THANK YOU to my success and how much your gym has changed my life (as well as my husband and my friend Carol's). My endurance, confidence and total body appearance has had a life changing impact on me(even though it has only been 4 weeks). I am a different person due to my confidence and self protection factor. As a woman I always wonder if I would be able to defend myself??? Now I feel I CAN and I WILL. You are the reason why I push myself to the limits and do more than I ever thought I could. As you know I'm in my late 30's and have tried every diet, work-out video, and gym...... NOTHING motivated me--- until YOU !!!!!!! You have given me such personal attention (as you do EVERYONE), because you are on me to push myself and you encourge me to push my limits. YOU push me where I didn't think I could go. BUT I CAN, because of YOU !!!
I have a professional job but I make sure to do whatever it takes to get to your workout. You are such an inspiration and a mentor to the type of person I want to look like BUT also the person I want to be. You Rock !!!" |
