Circuit Training (Beginner & Advanced)
A workout in 30 minutes with exercises designed to build full body strength and flexibility by targeting your core muscles. Through a combination of cardio, weights, jump rope, and boxing steps, this class helps you to achieve the optimum workout in LESS time. Class taught for Beginner and Advanced level students. Grab your workout gear and come check it out for yourself!

Reggaeton Boxing (Beginner & Advanced)
Come party at 12 Rounds and don't be afraid to get loud! This unique class offers boxing conditioning that incorporates heavy bag, core exercises, and jump rope work to the rhythm of Latin Reggaeton music. The pumped up energy of the class will help you get in shape, cut loose, and have fun!

Latin Rhythm Boxing
A completely unique class that combines the basic steps of Latin dance with the techniques of boxing in a fast-paced and super fun workout. Learn boxing footwork through salsa, reggaeton, and merengue; improve your balance and agility; and forget to be tired as you dance your way to improved muscle tone and overall conditioning.(Approx 35-40 min class)
